Walking into the Altuzarra show this past season back in September, felt like a breath of fresh air. Joseph Altuzarra left NYFW for Paris in 2017, and his return to the NYFW schedule was highly anticipated. The show took place in a massive loft in downtown Manhattan, with huge columns, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the entire city in its last days of summer. But the particular fresh feel of the show may have also been due to the most important detail, which truthfully had nothing to do with the fantastic collection.
As you walked into the show, lining the entranceway, scattered throughout the backstage area, and tucked away in the corners of the room, were a handful of sleek, chic-looking Molekule air purifiers.
